Intelligent monitoring ensures that any changes in the operating status parameters of your system are detected automatically and transmitted directly to our Service Centre.

Potential problems can be identified in real time so that the SIEL team of fully trained service & support technicians are automatically notified and remedial action taken BEFORE the performance of your UPS or Turnkey Power System is compromised.

TGS also provides a dial up facility so that the SIEL support team can carry out remote diagnostics and investigate alarms, ensuring that our own team of fully trained technicians can provide you with the fastest and most efficient response when it is most needed.
