POWER PRODUCTS / Static Transfer Switches (STS)
In the event that your preferred mains power source is interrupted or disrupted, the EXCHANGE range of Static Transfer Switches are designed to automatically transfer your critical load/s to an alternative power source. Source-to-source transfer time is very fast and typically less than ¼ of a cycle.
Should you require a supreme and enhanced level of power protection for ultra-critical applications, SIEL can configure EXCHANGE Static Transfer Switches together with Uninterruptible Power Supplies to form a fully integrated Turnkey Power System
The SIEL range of EXCHANGE Static Transfer Switches feature:-
- "Break before Make" switching to ensure no overlapping of preferred and alternative power sources
- Automatic or Manual transfer capability
- High overload capacity
- User selectable preferred input source
- Integral maintenance bypass
- Full control LCD panel with synoptic mimic
- Single phase, 1 or 2 pole, designed for 19" Rack Mounting with ratings in the range of 13A to 26A.
- 3-phase, 3 or 4 pole configurations, with ratings in the range of 63A to 1250A
- Chassis Mounted options available
- Standard Communications interface to enable a comprehensive range of Remote Management options.
